Absolutely appalling went in couple of weeks ago to have a tooth taken out only for the dentist to push the needle to far in the roof of my mouth causing a infection I have never been afraid of the dentist and this has made me terrified it not only hurt majorly at the time but also still suffering now. ...when I went back and saw another dentist ( who was by the way lovely!!) She couldn't apologise enough for this happening and was lost for words she even took a photo to show her students at uni how not to put a injection in and what can happen if it goes in to far.

Every time I call this place asking for a emergency appointment I always get fobbed off. Told to call later or the next day. I am in agonising pain and no one will help me. I only use the NHS and it's services like once every 10 years and I am a full tax payer and have been for years. Yet I can't get help when I desperately need it. Thanks for nothing.

Suffered toothache for over a week, phoned and got an appointment within 2 hours. The dentist and his assistant were good. Told me exactly what was happening and put me at ease. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had awful toothache for a week, I got an appointment in 1hour and explained I was scared of dentists, the dentist was lovely and the nurses, they really put me at ease and really looked after me. Highly recommended 😀
