No staff, barely an attempt at getting more staff. Do not care about children or young people whatsoever. Insanely long waiting times due to failure to provide a service. Claims it is a lack of staffing but claim that miraculously when you have got your diagnosis after a few years waiting from assessment to a Dr actually bothering to look at it, that then they will suddenly have an abundance of staff. Go to an alternative Trust or look in to private support, at least you will do less damage.
Great caring staff who have good knowledge of mental health difficulties and ways to help overcome and manage these. So friendly and approachable to children which means so much when they are anxious. Staff really do care here!
This place is an absolute disgrace. No empathy no introducing themselves no nothing. My daughter came out feeling worse than when she went in. To say they are dealing with children and young people this place is absolutely disgusting
After a long struggle with practitioners we have now found our saving grace. Shes fab an pulls out all the stops. Finally after 6 years we are getting somewhere
Therapist couldn’t even make it for half the sessions then quit her job midway to say that I would get another therapist soon haven’t heard or gotten a phone call in over 3 months
Absolutely shocking service
Clueless! Disregard children with genuine problems, I.e Brain injury and say "nothing else can be done" vile horrid people.
Practitioners go the extra mile to help young people struggling with their mental health. Passionate and dedicated.
The staff are very polite and approachable.
