Poor experience & obstructive policies to gaining a GP appointment. This GP does not allow you to call and arrange a GP Practice appointment at any time even if a non-urgent appointment. You have to call at 8am which is not always convenient when you have kids that have to be in school. I know of many people who moved from this poorly run Practice to Whitegate Drive Health Centre. Im going to be another one. Newton Drivenonoy offers poor service and poor care.

Never can get appointment. I been struggle with hormones and receptionist decided that is not emergency and I won’t have to see the doctor today. I can go to Walk-in Centre.  Very poor service

I had a nice, early appointment today so parking was easy. For some reason they've made the carpark one way which makes it more awkward than it already was, in my opinion. It is usually pretty short on parking !! Hardly anyone else waiting today, either. Saw a lovely nurse and although the receptionist was held up by one tricky customer, the receptionist out back spotted this and she came out to answer a query I had

Reception colleagues are always very helpful and friendly, and always have answers to my queries, both over the phone or in person. All the Nurses and Doctors we've seen as a family all work very hard, and have always been very attentive and helpful, and taken our medical concerns seriously. The practice is the best we've ever been to and I've not got a single bad word to say about any of it. Thank you!

Book Bowling on a weekly basis staff very friendly. Also use cafe again staff friendly. Parking good.
