I had the most amazing stay at the Belsfield Hotel with my boyfriend recently. The location was incredible, the room was lovely with flooding natural light, and the views were just breathtaking. We had wonderful conversations with multiple members of staff, notably; Charlie on reception, Aaron behind the bar and Ali in the restaurant. They were all so welcoming and friendly with some great recommendations! It was just perfect, and we will 100% be returning. Special mention to the in house restaurant menu - beetroot, cashew and goats cheese risotto was to die for!
We booked for our daughter's birthday. Checked in and then had drinks on the terrace. We were served by a lovely waitress, Siobhan, who was so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an amazing meal in the beautiful restaurant and were again served by Siobhan. She is a real asset to the hotel; the food and service were amazing and we had a fabulous family celebration. Thank you to the Belsfield and it's staff for an amazing stay.
Mostly a brilliant stay. However we paid £680 for two nights and had to pay £15 per night on top for parking! At that price surely parking would be free . I think that’s a mistake to ask residents to pay again .nHopefully the hotel will rethink this policy.
The hotel is in a superb location. The building is really wonderful. We had a room with an amazing view of the lake, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Everything would have been great if not for the breakfast. I bet, you could get a better breakfast in any B&B nearby. It was quite disappointing quality for a 4 star hotel. I hope that this can be improved as otherwise we had a lovely stay.
Booked in for my birthday, we started with drinks on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the lake and then followed with a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant! For both we were served by the sweetest waitress Siobhan who was so friendly and lovely to talk to. She is so hardworking and looked after us all throughout our stay, thank you so much Siobhan As always a lovely stay in a stunning location. Thank you to the Belsfield for a lovely birthday get away.
