Top staff easy to hire very helpful

From the first enquiry to returning the Citroen C1 (with a full tank of petrol) after hiring for 3 days, I can't recommend Launceston Car Hire more highly for their service and efficiency. I would not hesitate to use their company again. Thanks to Tim, who made the whole hiring business so easy.

I had specific car hire needs that could not be met by any of the big hire companies -  Tim was able to come up with a quick and easy solution for me. If I need a car in future I will definitely contact this company first.

VERY VERY VERY BAD. We reserved a van a week ahead the van was promised at a certain hour and on the due day the people there ignored us, didn't answer our numerous phone calls and left us without a van and a house to empty in emergency We strongly advise not to use their services.
