Prompt and efficient service at Bodmin Branch with friendly and professional staff. Convenient location.nCar was nearly new and had a very high specification.nHired the vehicle one way and the hand back was simple. Forgot to refuel the vehicle and although it was probably an inconvenience for the staff they were understanding and suggested I could either go away and fill it up or they could do it for me. Deposit refunded instantly.nOverall a simple process at both collection and drop off, polite professional staff and a great vehicle. Will definitely use again.

The staff member who I initially spoke to to find another vehicle as the car did not have a charging point that I could use was reluctant to provide an alternative vehicle. After discussion he did locate another vehicle which was an improvement on the original grade of vehicle. I felt his manner could have been thought to be abrasive if I had not had a positive discussion with him about how good it would be if he dealt with customers as if they had a genuine cause for concern which not being able to charge my mobile was. We had a positive discussion after I asked him his name and he seemed much nicer after that when I said how much I thought Enterprise prized positive and genuine customer interaction and maybe he would benefit from going on an interactive customer relations course. In handing over the keys and on signing the contract which may have been done with his colleague the manager and also when I came back to return the car, both he and the manager seemed more positive.nnHowever there is no thought to the onward journey despite it being a sales point that you drop customers off. The manager had agreed to take me to Launceston but to avoid this I found a bus to take me to Bude instead and was dropped about 500 yards away at the bus stop. However this bus never came and when I walked back to the office I was told that was it and I would have to get a taxi. I asked the manager if he could get the driver to take me to Launceston as agreed but he said No that wasn't possible now and only when I asked his name and surname did he consider if he could in fact take me to Launceston. He checked and then said no he would enquire about a taxi but that would cost £80 which I didn't have. I asked for help with getting another bus and reluctantly the manager looked on his phone but he didn't find anything and said he wasn't a transport company which I thought was odd as that concern for onward journeys for Enterprise customers which is a transport company, seemed lacking in the extreme.nThe manager said he couldn't let me have a lift with any of the other transporting cars to their destinations due to GDPR that I would then know addresses of other Enterprise customersnI then had a three hour bus and taxi journey and got home at 10.00 p.m. having dropped the vehicle off at 4.00 p.m.nEnterprise is the only hire car company in Bodmin. And behaves accordingly. I would go out of my way never to have to use Bodmin Enterprise again
Made to wait half an hour past the pick up time. Their reason their car park is too small. That’s not a customer problem and the van we were picking up wasn’t blocked in when we arrived. They would be quick to charge for a late drop off but happy to keep customers waiting. Inside of van was grubby and smelly.
Great service, nice clean car provided and clear instructions given as to the functions of the car. Didn't have to return the car back to the Bodmin branch and was able to return it to another Enterprise site which was extremely helpful. A positive experience
