Not much to say really, needed a car for the day. Booked it, rented it and brought it back. No issues or drama, car was very clean and staff were pleasant.

I have booked vehicles with this company twice in the last six months. Both occasions have been poor. On the first occasion I booked through Costco Travel and my booking was confirmed and I was informed that payment could be made via debit card. On arrival I was informed that because my address could not be verified on 'their' system I had to pay by credit card. This is despite producing a driving licence with my address on, a utility bill in my name and a council tax bill. I did not have an active credit card with me. On the second occasion I booked a specific size vehicle due to access issues one week in advance. I arrived on time but after waiting over 30 minutes I was told that there were no vehicles of the size I had booked available. I was offered a larger vehicle but this was too big due to access issues. The employee told me that he could get one to the branch but that it would be well over an hour and they would not deliver it locally. I decided, just as the two customers before me, to walk away and hire elsewhere. Why would any business use this company? I now go elsewhere.
Van needed for work, all sorted, staff were brilliant
was charged 1000 pounds for a light scratch, and two months later they still haven't sent me the repair bill for the insurance to cover edit: was charged 400 pounds for 'Loss of Use' apart from the 600 for the damage, for the car being in repair for a light scratch for 3 months, as if i was responsible for this lack of efficiency. i would avoind renting with them, they were just dishonest with these charges
Fast process, polite knowledgeable staff and all round excellent service. So nice not feeling like a rental company is trying to get one over you!
I hired a van one way to be dropped off in Bradford. The collection was fine as the Enterprise employee showed me around the vehicle. A scratch/small dent on the door was the only issue but was not of concern as it did not exceed the damage area on his device. When I dropped the van back at the Braford depot I was told I had damaged the plywood interior and plastic trim on the inside rear door which I had not. I was not shown the inside of the vehicle on collection. After much conversation between the Bradford and Bodmin branches I believed the issue was resolved. I today received a letter from Enterprise head office demanding I pay the excess of £250 for the plywood damage and scratch on the front door. Not impressed at all, if fact I feel I've been conned by the Bradford employee into accepting this. I was also asked at Bradford how my journey was. I informed him that I had severe vibration on the steering wheel when speeds reached between 60-70mph Video evidence taken by my wife to prove this. No concern or reference has been made to me about that. I asked for a call back from Enterprise but no one rang. Pretty much sums the company up - In it for reward not customer satisfaction.
Really lovely staff who looked after us and we had a great experience with the car too. Highly recommend!
If I could give no stars I would. Do not ordered a car from these guys. Waited around all day to pick a car up they said would be coming in. And then at 3.30 in the afternoon rang and said they didn't have it. If I had known that I would have just gone to another car rental company. I will now be without a car for at least 5 days. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.
Needs food and a good beer selection, has great potential
