I started the zumba dance classes to get out of my comfort zone. Now I can't wait for the new lessons every week! Angela is welcoming, friendly and full of energy. Even when you start the lessons with a frown on your face, I can guarantee that you will walk out with a smile :
I love Latin Soul Dance. Every time I am with them I get more energy, entusiasm and vitaly. Every workout is like a party. This is definitely a great way to keep moving, to stay healthy and also to socialize in The Haag.

Angela is one of the most playful, powerful and energetic dance teachers I know! The classes are not just about getting the right choreo, but rather about feeling the music and having a great workout. Whenever there's a Latin Dance class, there's a party!!
If you are looking for a work-out that is genuinely fun and makes you happy, this is it! Every monday I start my week with a party. No matter how I feel, doing an hour of Zumba taught by Angela cheers me up. It doesn't matter if you have experience or are a beginner , like me, you can join in. Without realizing it you will sweat and burn lots of calories. Also the people are very nice and make you feel welcome. No judgement, just joy. Highly highly recommend.
Yesterday was my first class.Angela and everybody were so nice.I really had fun and enjoyed the class.I am coming back for sure. Dancing zumba with Angela and Ouafa has helped me to keep my anxiety under control without medication, it has giving me the opportunity to meet wonderful people and make friends in an international comunity where we all take care of each other. This is more than dancing. Is the chance to have fun, make friends, move your body, release stress and for me, a silent mind. Thanks ladies for your fun, energetic classes, always with new music. Latin soul dance is my happy place I have learned about my love and passion for Zumba at this place and with the amazing instructor Angela. The best choice I have ever made was getting a trial class at the Latin soul dance and find out I was so good in Zumba
I have lots of fun at Angela's classes, het vitality is contagious. I get home in a great spirit and more energised than before the workout started.
