Loved it since I start the first class. Helen is such a great teacher with her experienced dancing technique. The class is full of energy and I really enjoyed being there!

This Belly fitness classes are great way to get your body fit and to stretch your stiff muscles. Perfect for improving a bad posture problem and back pain. Helen is a great trainer. I am definitely going to continue belly fitness classes with her!

Finally! Finally there is a class that gives an initiative and the teacher has a passion for. This is a class I walked away feeling satisfied and like I actually have done some real fitness. I highly recommend this to all women!

Helen gives a very high level of teaching and fitness, and it's also great fun!  Belly dancing is what life is all about : !!!

A truly wonderful experience filled with hard work, discipline and a brilliant hardcore teacher. Would highly recommend to anyone.

These classes are highly recommended if you're looking to start or continue bellydancing. Helen is a great teacher who not only teaches us the basics of traditional bellydancing, but also makes sure we have fun while working out!
