Friendly and supportive staff, our kitten got referred from Wales and the drive was straight forward. Our kitten was there for a week in the ICU and vet care. The neurologist Sara called and updated us as best as she could, very reassuring to have consistecy when dealing with a stressful matter. Honest about treatment and costs whilst also giving their best care to our furry friends. Very satisfied with our care, Tibbs came out with a new lease of life and totally different from the initial diagnosis from our vets.
Although it was a bit of a distance to travel. We were so happy with the level of service from Administration to The Vet Practitioners. Our dog had surgery on both her back legs knee joints. We were always kept informed on her status which made us feel at total ease. There is a very comfortable seating area with free tea/coffee/latte in the reception area. There's is also a canteen on site in the next building. When we returned a couple of days later to collect our dog, we were taken to a consultation room and explained in detail what she had done to her, how she had been during her stay and what to do with her going forward. We just can't thank Langfords Bristol for everything they have done and continue to do.
Top class animal hospital with superb, knowledgeable and very caring staff. They have definitely extended my precious cat's life with chemo. Consultations are thorough, informative and compassionate with pre and post appointment meetings. There's a separate cat waiting room upstairs with a complimentary drinks machine, plenty of feliway infused towels to put on cat carriers to help cats relax in the reception and waiting area. Loads of parking.
We just took our fudge to this hospital because they can do lots more testing. No good news my little dog FUDGE passed away in early hours after the vets seen she was working hard to breathe they kept us informed about everything thing they had to do to try and save her life but she passed away peacefully. Thankyou for everything you had done. Will never forget it.
The care my Dog received from the team at the Small Animal Hospital was second to none, their expertise and dedication saved her life as she had and emergency operation in the middle of the night. I will be forever grateful and thankful for the treatment she had from them
Excellent 1st class care from start to finish. Our Bichon Frise Danny had a cruciate operation performed by Kevin Parsons, what a brilliant and skilled surgeon, we never thought our dog would be able to walk normally again, but with the correct care and advice by the team he is now all back to good health. Thank you to everyone at Langford for your ongoing support.
We can not rate this place highly enough!! Our Doberman pup was rushed here on Tuesday evening after being hit by a car. We descended on the hospital in absolute panic, covered in blood, crying, a total mess and without having even called before hand the whole staffing team from the reception, nurses to the on call vets were calm, efficient and saw him immediately! We are not even registered here and with no questions asked they whisked him off for immediate treatment. Not only did they handle the whole situation with professionalism they were kind and gentle to myself and my partner. They kept him overnight in their ICU as he was in shock and his face was a mess, he went through surgery needing lots of stitches, had ultra-sounds, an X-ray etc… we don’t have insurance and every cost implication was clearly explained and outlined as we went along. Long story short our dog is now home and recovering thanks to this amaizing place, the level of care here is just brilliant and we can’t thank you enough

I couldn't be more grateful for the staff at Langford as they saved my cat after a road accident and have done everything they can to ensure she has a good quality of life. Thank you all
The best!!!! Very welcoming, really friendly staff, caring and extremely considerate. They kept us up todate no matter how busy they were with any issues/health progress whilst our cat Luna stayed in, during 2 awful illnesses. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR CAT WELL AGAIN
