I would highly recommend Karen the vet, my little man Rocky had a lot going for quite a long time with different things and she was brilliant with him and when he became very poorly last year 2018 Karen went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy for as long as possible. I'm so grateful I have a vet I trust 100%, as i have other animal and think finding a good vet now a days is hard and the other staff are also lovely and very helpful.
Best vets ever! I switched to this vets after a bad experience at another. I have always found Mike to be very caring towards the animals and doesn't try to cause confusion using jargon. Unlike another vets I experienced he is all about the animals and their welfare over what money he can make. I highly recommend these vets. The reception staff and nurses are also very lovely people, always polite and friendly.
Very kind and caring vet, and lovely, friendly staff, a perfect environment for when my pets are sick! I changed vets several years ago after being told one of my dogs needed expensive dental treatment by another vet ,and after getting a second opinion from Mike, found there was actually nothing wrong with her teeth! I have been with Victoria vets ever since! Mike always listens to my concerns about my pets, then treats them accordingly! It's obvious he cares greatly about animals, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great team to anyone!
I have been using Victoria Vets since 1994 and have been very happy with the kindness and impeccable care shown to me and my dogs during this time. Mike the chief vet has carried out numerous operations and tests over the years and my dogs have always come through safely, in fact he has this week performed an operation on my nearly 15 year old dog who within a few hours of coming home was happily eating his tea. Mike is backed up with very good locum vets to cover in his absence and the veterinary nurses are absolutely brilliant and have shown great patience and kindness over the years dealing with this anxious mum on the end of the phone and have either giving me reassurance or got me in quickly to see the Vet. If you are looking for a quality, caring Vet to entrust your pets I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
Victoria vets are fantastic. I have been with them for a long time time. Even with the pandemic going on they have been fantastic. They are always able to help over the phone and the cost is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
We don't tend to wait too long for an appointment. Very friendly staff. The vets always take the time to reassure my dog who's often anxious when visiting them.
Would give zero stars if I could, this surgery used to really care about animals and now its understaffed, over busy and no doubt after your cash rather than actually caring about your animals health unless you've got your card handy Vets like these shouldn't be in business. Whatever happened to Mike.?? Sad times and plenty of better surgeries ran by animal lovers in the area.
Our current dog is the third over many years that we have had registered here. Mike and team have always shown kindness and understanding especially with our current, very nervous dogs. Excellent!
The vet seems to have a good understanding of our rescue dog's immediate needs, was very friendly and took our concerns serious. So far we can whole heartily recommend this practice.
