All of the vets and staff at this practice are lovely. In particular, we would like to thank Ziska the vet for her kind care and attention of our cat Holly, especially when it came time to say goodbye. Ziska is a credit to her profession. We even received a sympathy card in the post from the practice afterwards. A nice touch and first class. No vets we have used in the past come close. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

STAY AWAY!!! First words from the vet were to put my Dog to sleep. The Vet misdiagnosed my Dog causing it unnecessary pain and discomfort and large bill. No remorse and a terrible customer experience. Avoid like the plague. Use other practices in Barry. You won't regret it.

This is our first experience of using a veterinary clinic and we are really impressed. The helpfulness and expertise of the staff is superb. Always have pets best interests at heart. Although a small surgery we would be lost without you. Keep up the good work. Thank you
