This place is amazing. Always nice food. Good staff. It is a real shame that we haven’t be able to go there due to COVID 19. But once it’s open, I can’t wait to visit it again.
Very well kept and accessible spot. They provide big portions and for economical rates. We enjoyed the food a lot and the staff were very affable and informative. Highly recommended.
If you were ever thinking of going vegan or vegetarian this would certainly help you on your journey. I had the 2 course set menu for £20. A potato rosti for the starter, then an oyster mushroom for the main. Definitely not your usual 'veggie' choice of options at any other restaurants! Exquisite is all I can say!
We had the chef's menu, it was wonderful. The service was great. I highly recommended the wine flight. For £20 you get some really interesting wines. We had a distinctive orange wine, a great desert wine and the most powerful sauvignon blanc I have ever tried. The value proposition is unrivalled.
A restaurant that isn't pretentious or tries to be something it's not. Quick attentive service, beautifully delicious dishes & a wicked experience. If you're worried about portion size, I came in starving but left feeling satisfied after the 3 course menu. Thanks to the waitress for her excellent service last night !
