Lamberts were able to restore the silver plated cross for us at St Lawrence Church in Abbots Langley. They did a first class job. The end result looks amazing. Their customer service was first class. They looked at the item and gave us an honest appraisal of what could be done. They kept to the time scale we agreed which was important to us. We would not hesitate for a second recommending them.
From the first meeting, lamberts know how to instil their confidence in you! Jamie gave me a small and interesting education on the whole process, and his attention to detail was second to none. They quoted me a certain timeframe for the product to be completed, and beat their own time! Upon coming to pick it up, the team showed the piece and it was outstandingly completed to a high degree of excellence! Better than I imagined actually. Finally I would like to state that plating seems to be an art, and this is the only company after many tries that was able to complete it! Special thanks to Lauren for all the info, she was lovely and took the time to explain everything. Thanks to Clare also for being there to answer any queries!
Jamie and his team performed a miracle gold playing a very complex sanctuary lamp made for the Bishop of London - outstanding service - and very good people to work with - I cannot recommend them more highly - excellent work -Thank you Jamie
