Had a pleasant experience yesterday . Food is good, location is good as well the ambience. Staffs are friendly as well. Loved it The only request if the Dine in Menu option can have varieties of options to choose from!!
Amazing venue! Perfect size for the 70 people I invited. Staff were very accommodating and the decoration they provided at extra cost was perfect. Party is in a low ceiling basement so made it feel more intimate. There was an entrance for the guest on one side of the venue and another entrance on the other side leading to the toilets which was convenient. They provided a coat stand for guests at the back of the room and moved furniture out the room to create more space. There are a couple of tables and chairs outside, upstairs for the smokers. Prices for drinks were a little pricey considering it's Streatham and would have love for the party to of gone on for longer than 2am but overall the party was amazing, I cannot complain. I had an all white party and I was the only one wearing red so you can set your own theme. They kept my cake in a fridge for me until it was ready to be brought out. I hired my own DJ and DJ equipment although they can provide that for you. Oh and after having one too many drinks, I accidentally left all my cards and gifts but they held onto them for me until I was ready to pick them up. Well worth every penny and not overpriced at all. Good location and easy to find. Everyone had a fab time. Would recommend
Helpful bartenders and waiters. Decent cocktails, great location however the prices were a bit steep and the seats weren’t the comfiest. We only went for cocktails though, so I have no opinion on the food. Alright night
Came here for a late drink with some friends. They were very accommodating and gave great service despite closing soon. The music was great, and ambience cosy. Will definitely come here again.
I had a wonderful time at the Hamlet for a corporate party. Elsa was the best! She was so friendly and helpful, and she really made the evening special for us. The cocktails were amazing, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend this place for any occasion.
Had a 30th birthday/engagement party in the private hire venue and I couldn't be any more impressed with the whole experience. From the first introduction the staff were all friendly and had all the information that I needed. I had a few requests which they did without any issues, the night itself went perfectly and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!
I recently celebrated my 21st Birthday Party here! Elsa was very accommodating and helpful with all the details of the event! I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family! I will be back

Elsa, the owner of the Hamlet, is a goddess. We had a surprise birthday party there, and she went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect. The food and cocktails were amazing, and the venue was cosy and perfect for a small group of people. The DJ was great too! Definitely recommend!
Nice food but the big tickets here are definitely the cocktails, all of which were great. Very friendly staff too. Will definitely be back.
