Story

Named after the eponymous Manx ferry, the recently refurbished Lady of Mann is located on Liverpool’s Dale Street in the historic Thomas Rigby’s buildings.

Recently refurbished at the start of 2017, the pub offers a contemporary and stylish venue whilst still priding itself on it’s traditional values.

With a greater emphasis on comfort, the friendly and relaxing atmosphere is perfectly accompanied by the variety of craft, cask and world beer, top class spirits and cocktails along with a delicious deli menu.

Sharing a large and enclosed courtyard with its sister pub, Thomas Rigby’s, there is no where better for open air drinking in the heart of Liverpool.

The Lady of Mann shows a wide variety of live sports and is located within a short walking distance of the waterfront, Liverpool ONE, St Georges Hall, Museums and Libraries. The pub features a large function room at the rear of the property making it perfect for private events and celebrations.

I’ve always loved coming here as it’s a fabulous bar but I do think the staff need a lesson on hospitality. The music was absolutely BLARING and I asked if the music could be turned down just a smidge as my mother in law is hard of hearing, only for the girl behind the bar to turn the music up, significantly! Super, super unprofessional. Not to mention the absolute dirty look she gave me - given im probably only 2 years older than her and spent my most of my life working hospitality so I know what it’s like being pounded by guests, but to turn the music up after being politely asked for it to be turned down a smidge , maybe a level down not 10! - absolutely snotty and entitled if you ask me

This is a nice modern pub inside, great outdoor space/ courtyard. Really good selection of drinks too. I had pizza and chips, both beautiful, added bonus was the chips were just like my ma used to make me.
Nice, spacious courtyard at the front of the pub and lots of seating inside with lots of TVs showing the rugby when I visited, which was a plus.
Lady of Mann is a fantastic place for a drink. It shares a courtyard with Thomas Rigbys so you could be forgiven for thinking it's the same pub but its got a great character all of it's own. Great selection of drinks available and a choice of baked bar snacks on offer as well. Bar staff are friendly bunch and happy to help. Drinks are priced well for a city centre pub and its a great choice if you want to watch sports as it has a few tvs too.
The Lady of Mann adjoins Thomas Rigby's with which it shares a large enclosed courtyard area to the front of the pub, making the pub a pleasant oasis away from the busy streets. Named after the eponymous Manx ferry this is an open plan pub where exposed beams and woodwork lend an almost rustic feel. Owned by the Isle of Man brewery O'Kells three hand-pumps dispense O'kells Bitter and 2 guest ales. The Lady of Mann has a nice welcoming & relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. NOTE: - Food wasn't available & the toilets are located down stairs so not accessible for some potential customers.
Friendly service and some beers that I'd never sampled before. Visited in the afternoon and our party of three were the only customers there but I'm sure it gets busy in the evenings . Large beer garden to enjoy on a nicer day .
Great, but very quiet pub, hosts board game nights every other Thursday. Food selection is a 'deli counter', i.e. cold meats, chutney, biscuits and cheese but pretty decent at that, once you get over the cost.
Lady of Mann is the really nice pub. The food is lovely & the staff are brilliant. It's a nice chilled atmosphere & in the summer there is a courtyard to sit outside. Would definitely recommend paying a visit.Food: 4/5
Went for a drink there after a bottomless brunch and yeah the atmosphere was good. Unfortunately, no space outside in the courtyard but we got a table easy enough. Varied drink options and a good selection of gins. Bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Tables were clean, not sticky, so always a plus!!Service: 4/5
