This place is lovely, their staff did well.. I was out for lunch with my colleagues.. Trust me,they have lovely meals here,it is a neat and quite place.. Got into pub, scanned my table then downloaded an app and placed my order from the app.. Nothing bad to say about this place...
An excellent service. The fish and cod chip shop platter was phenomenal. And we overpaid, but the waiter noticed this and gave us our money back even though we didn't even notice that we had overpaid. That is really GOOD service! Also very good prices!
Good sized city centre pub decent cheap beer and food and open late.Never going to have the best atmosphere but it's OK for breakfast, lunch or tea or just for beers .has a roof terrace that was closed during my visit unfortunately all in all a nice place to eat or drink
Food was amazing, staff were great, will definitely come back here
Great place to go out in the city centre. Thank you to William, very nice lad, great service. Food was good and reasonably priced. Will come back
Nice pub, nice beer and the Katsu Curry was lovely but the Woman behind the combat was a miserable cow. When we asked for straws for the cocktails we were told “we haven’t got any”. Plus she was unhappy that she “had to go and get some more orange juice” for the cocktails. Listen if you are gonna have a face on you because someone orders a drink you can’t be bothered making them you shouldn’t be in that job simples. Other than that not a bad pub
The William Gladstone is a great spot for atmosphere, drinks and food. The staff could not be nicer, in particular Chloe Y who looked after us. Will definitely call here again when visit Liverpool. Note for Families, we had our 10 year old with us and loved all of the TVs for the sport
The service I received from both Beth and Alicia was amazing . I had a few questions regarding allergen issues and they was so helpful and polite and didn’t make me feel as if I was asking too much . They made sure I was satisfied with my food then and that it was to the standard the company promises it would be at. Very lovely girl’s and a credit to this company . I’ll definitely be back again !
Just gone in 17.15pm group of 4 for a meal. All tables reserved some for 8pm. Said we'd be out well before 8. Said no they might be in before 8. Walked out, currently in the slug & lettuce across the road spending what will be around £80. How do these businesses survive?
A nice pub at a good location. It looks very welcoming at the corner of the street. We had a couple of drinks, prices were not expensive.
