Absolutely terrible. I emailed twice and in the end I had to call in to make a booking. Then had two missed calls from them, first they said the time was no longer available then they said it was fine and sorry for calling. Turned up and the woman was rude and in a rush. On the phone they said it was £40 for 45 min. When we got there she said it was now £50 as the prices had changed. I said no, on the phone when I booked you didn’t say anything about price changes and confirmed it was £40. Instead of apologising, she stuck out her hand and said give me £50. In the end we walked out. Based on her service I doubt the massage would have been any good. Terrible way to run a business.
Made a 10am appt with the lady over the phone. Arrived on time, actually a few mins early to find that there was no one there. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Why make/take an appointment if you will not be open?!
Was given a surprise birthday full body massage and it was amazing. thankfully none of the issues mentioned below - def coming back.
AT is an excellent therapist & lovely lady. The pressure was very firm, just as I like it. AT checked the pressure was ok & adjusted it accordingly. A blend of "East meets West", brilliant techniques. Thank you. X

Awful attitude and customer service. Avoid unless you want to be made to feel like a criminal before your massage even starts.
