The fish platter was so good- the fish was lightly seasoned - crispy outside and juicy and tender inside. The prawns were meaty and fresh. The sausages were nicely grilled and tasted right. The garlic prawn was surprisingly good. The zesty lemon was really a kick to the garlic and prawn. The desserts were nice and made the whole dinner experience unforgettable. Thanks for the nice and friendly staffs!
We came to Guildford for a day trip from London. This Spanish restaurant is highly recommended by Chinese people and it’s popular on Xiao Hong Shu. It did not disappoint. We were here on a Monday afternoon for lunch. There were lunch sets. Seafood paella was highly recommended on the Chinese social media. So we ordered a seafood paella £31 to share, and two tapas £11. The seafood paella was full of seafood, squids, mussels, shrimps and prawns. The rice was cooked with the seafood sauce, it was soft and flavourful. The pork and beef meatballs were served with some very delicious sauce, and the cod fish finger was nicely fried. These dishes were absolutely enough for two people. We left with a happy stomach. It was £46.20 altogether.
The food was unbelievable! best tapas i've had outside of spain.. service fantastic and so friendly - looking forward to coming back for the Seafood Paella! it looks amazing easily our favourite restaurant in the area
It was ok!. We've visited here many times, but feel the quality has started to slip. The albondigas sauce was thin and lacked the flavour one would expect in Spain, same goes for the bravas sauce. The gambas pil pil was also lacking in real garlic and chilli flavours. Different chef maybe?
Nice quiet restaurant just off the main street in guildford. We ate on a sunday evening which might be why it was so quiet. Sangria was good, as was the tapas. Some dishes were a little sparse for the price, but overall tasted great. Service was excellent and the staff were attentive. I'd eat here again. Dietary restrictions: A lot of gluten free options on the menu. Better than most restaurants. Meant there was plenty to choose from even with a dietary restriction
Really enjoyed our evening here. The fish croquettes, Prawns and mushroom dish were yummy!Food: 4/5
The staff were polite and nice. Service was fast, and the lady's room was clean. Thank you! BUT, food was extremely poor. Everything we ordered seemed hastily prepared, as if someone just opened supermarket canned food and put it on the plate. I mean if you know how to cook, it's not difficult to realize that there's no chef working in the kitchen—anyone who is 8 years old could have made this.
Being Spanish, it was a great surprise finding a place where I could really taste the same products and flavors that I'm used to, which is not usual being abroad. I was there on Tuesday so the place was not very busy, but I could still enjoy some people chattering and laughing like if I was at home. The service of Claudia and Aurora made the evening even better. It is greatly recommended if you want a little bit of the taste of Spain in Guilford!
Extremely delicious food, generous portion. Great value! We had lunch for two, 11quid per person. Two tapas each, ordered, Chorizo red wine, chicken liver in white wine sauce, whitebait, and potato bravas. Will definitely visit againFood: 5/5
Very much enjoyed the tapas and can recommend especially the stuffed peppers and ham and chicken croquettes. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Possibly more veggie options than otherwise
