Delicious food, tasty drinks, and very friendly staff. Love that you order through an app, makes things so much easier and limits contact.
Cocktail master class was really enjoyable, good fun. Food was good but ordering was a bit of a fuss.... Had to go on the app, book and pay for your food and then starters and mains arrived together
All the staff were really friendly and helpful I couldn’t fault them. The problem was it was 4pm and the restaurant was chaos. Constant shouting from drunk people- one girl even fell into me. I understand this is a bar but for the price range you’d expect them to be asked to leave when they’re disturbing guests to that point. Regardless, we ordered small plates and a couple drinks. The food was clearly not fresh and a rip off for the price - very bland and no flavour. Although, the drinks were amazing - so if you’re looking for just drinks and don’t mind the noise then this place is for you
Me and my 7 friends went here last sat night for my birthday and we had a brilliant time dancing and laughing all night. This bar is a fun and lively place and good food too. I can't wait to go back.
We never got our lunch, we left before we ordered. The level of service was absolutely disgusting. We were shown to our table where my partner wasn’t even given a menu and neither was our little boy, we were then ignored for 20 minutes at which point we left. There were two other tables filled so hardly “busy” and about 5 waiters stood around chatting and doing nothing. Very disappointed and will make sure to tell people to avoid this restaurant.
THIS REVIEW IS IN PRAISE OF LUKE!!! Came here for bottomless brunch and they were understaffed due to staff being unwell. Our waiter Luke was so so lovely, he does service as if you are a ‘mate’, genuinely bubbly and you can see he enjoys making sure your experience is good. He checked up on us regularly, and would always make a point of smiling whenever he walked past. Being understaffed can be a bad experience, but Luke made us feel attended to and we got extra leeway with our booking period due to the delay. He honestly deserves all the praise in the world. I never write reviews, but the friendliness he showed made want to so that you guys ALL BAR ONE OWENERS, know how much you should value him.
A very enjoyable Bottomless Brunch yesterday ...fantastic food, prosecco and cocktails! We were looked after by Richard who was brilliant...incredibly attentive. A real credit to your team! ...would highly recommend and will be returning soon
Partner and her friends went to this establishment for a bottomless brunch on the10/12/22. The Waiters were rude and accusatory, blaming the guests for the slow service. Meals came out separated by substantial portions of time and this was also blamed in the guests. The orders were wearing and no one seemed to care about sorting their mistake. The food was sub par and the drinks seemed incredibly limited. The booked table ended up being a small conrwe booth barely large enough to fit the group. Do better.
We brought a platter and it was served burnt. When we told the staff, they told the kitchen staff and laughed - I don’t feel like this is professional. Service from the waiters are not great. I would keep looking for another restaurant if I were you.
Had fantastic service from Luke M before Xmas at all bar one in Guildford. Well done Luke! It was busy amd you looked after myself and my friend and her two little boys really really well.
