Absolutely shocking garage. I was towed here by the RAC when my car broke down. They had my car for over two weeks and we're continually dishonest about when the work would be done, stating it was going to be finished soon but pushing it back a day every time I called. Completely useless and unsympathetic that I was stranded in Marsh Barton waiting for the work to be completed on their own recommendation of coming to collect that day. Awful garage, stay well clear.

We can't speak highly enough of the care and service we received after finding ourselves with an almost powerless car en route to Cornwall for a holiday. JC Autos went above and beyond our expectations to resolve the issue in the most economical way. Further to this they provided us a courtesy vehicle which salvaged our holiday, enabling us to enjoy our few days knowing they were doing their utmost to resolve the situation. I would highly recommend JC Autos to anyone wanting a trustworthy and honest garage.

Gave JC Autos a try around 5 years ago after a recommendation. Always found them 100% honest. Simple jobs are kept simple with no hint of unnecessary work being created. They look after my 80 year old dad as well as my wife and we have always been treated exceptionally well.

My wife and I have used JC Autos for the last 10 years, we have now moved away from Exeter to Ashburton, some 25 miles away, but still use them and find they are the best garage we've encountered. Just very helpful. I used them today when in Exeter, in a crises, as usual they were brilliant.

My car broke down, so I limped into their workshop. Could not have been more helpful, and both mechanics clearly knew their stuff. Less than an hour later, a linkage was repaired and I was on my way. Despite what some others here are saying, I was so impressed with the charge, I even left a Xmas tip!
