I started at K Pole on the 'intro to pole' course a year ago with zero experience or strength and it was honestly the best decision I have  ever made. Pam and Kim have created such a comfortable and supportive environment to learn, all while having fun and a laugh. Would definitely recommend K Pole to anyone!

Been attending the Cradley studio since lockdown ended and it's such a lovely,  welcoming place. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive. If you're thinking about starting pole, I completely recommend here.

I have taken classes at K Pole for a year and it is a fantastic studio. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. There is a very welcoming atmosphere there and I would 100% recommend signing up for a class as there’s something for everyone from pole and hoop to contortion and dance lessons.

I love coming to K Pole! Kim & Ellie are absolutely fab & brilliant at what they do! I’m currently being taught by Ellie, she’s fab & makes you feel comfortable & makes every lesson a fun enjoyable place to be! The girls are all lovely so if you’re thinking of starting Pole fitness I’d highly recommend K Pole! I ache after every lesson, so it’s a good workout!  - I’m so glad I joined & I look forward to the future!  x

I started pole in January 2017 at Kpole having never been to a pole class before and I loved it so much, I’ve attended classes on a weekly basis ever since. There are a huge variety of classes on offer, not only pole, such as aerial hoop and dance, so there’s something for everyone! All of the instructors are experts in their field & make you feel so comfortable & are always there to help whether it class related or where to get the best pole clothes & size advice! The other students are super encouraging & there’s always such a friendly and supportive vibe. It’s just the best place & I love escaping real life at least once a week by coming here, while doing some exercise at the same time!

Fab. pole fitness classes. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, literally feels like you have been hanging out with pole girls for ages. Highly recommended.

I've thoroughly enjoyed every class I've taken at K Pole. Always an encouraging and positive atmosphere, classes are catered from beginners all the way through to expert level, tuition is first rate. Would highly recommend.

The instructors are knowledgeable and do everything to ensure you’re safe and understand the dynamics of a move. They’re extremely encouraging and will modify moves to ensure each student is challenged. The friendly encouraging atmosphere is infectious and resonates through the entire class, everyone I’ve met is lovely!

Absolutely fantastic instructors and students alike. I joined as a beginner for pole and knew no one, everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend
