Due to open early August the new venue, which will be named “Podiem” is incorporating an organic theme close to the world of sports, offering wholesome and healthy food options, a fully licensed bar and a vast selection of hot and cold drinks. Podiem will be a venue where everyone is welcome, families, friends, large or small groups, or even for that quiet Coffee.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. My daughter’s swimming subscription expired due to a lack of proper staff support and when I reached out for assistance, the receptionist advised me to contact the manager. I got a reply in email from Oliver Moorey, who seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue and tried to brush off the problem without offering any meaningful help and didn’t respond to any further email.nnIt’s unacceptable to pay such prices ,only to receive poor service and no consideration for customer concerns. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and I will be escalating the matter further.

For the amount charged it's a reasonable leisure centre. But regularly used areas and equipment are looking tired, often dirty and in need of renovations.  Not helped by large groups of parents just walking around the changing rooms and pool in their outdoor shoes. Overshoes were removed on environmental grounds but the accessible flooring means that anyone can get poolside without getting their feet wet. Gym gets very busy in afternoon and early evenings. Upstairs changing rooms need more regular cleaning. Sports hall lacks ventilation.

Signed up for a swimming membership and was excited to start to get in the changing rooms to the STINK or urine. The whole place smells vile, floors are disgusting, it’s all just so grubby and rank I’ve cancelled after a single use. Sort it out

In the shower room  is not have shampo and not give the refuend the money back and says a lie and the staff is so horible and in leason is have kid and adult together and jusit the leason is have 30 min and you need book for go to the samwing in normal time.

Absolutely dirty. Used this gym 15 years ago and it so unclean. So I left. Used  Today thinking it would be better.  Used swimming pool and smelt urine whilist swimming. Skin itches constantly. Really bad  0 hygiene here.
