Was really nervous about starting my yoga journey, but all the staff at HPY Solihull have made the process super easy and fun. Feel so much stronger and flexible since joining!! Would 100% recommend.
This was well our of my comfort zone, but I thought what the hell, and I'm glad I did, it was physical enough and hot enough. Without a doubt a challenge, I will definitely be back, great instructor and atmosphere. Don't forget water
Have been back here since it moved to Shirley. Location isn't ideal as parking is difficult and you have to be careful as the Asda over the road is time limited. On my first visit, I found it difficult to get into the building, as I didn't realise they came down to meet you so I was panicking about missing the class, however this was fine on other visits since. The class itself I can't complain about. It's hot, relaxing and a thoroughly good workout. I always feel so much better after a class, although I wish they had a nap session afterwards! The instructors seem to enjoy what they do which is always good, are knowledgeable and work to a good level, so you can really push yourself.
Awesome hot yoga. Being a newbie to yoga, the instructors have supportive and wonderful. It get hot if are a lot of people so remember your water. Get there about 5-10 mins before so can brief instructor of any injuries that you may have and of course relax in the heat before the session.
Can truly wind down and switch off here. The classes between instructors are consistently great quality personal fave is Kaz’s slightly more challenging class but does get busy and I love HPY’s no nonsense style. The music is great, the heat isn’t too much, and the schedule works well for me. In other HPYs I’ve been asked to disinfect my own mat, maybe the instructors do this between the classes but at least if I do it I know it’s been done so that’s my only suggestion! I need to travel for this and it’s worth it I’d love a branch in Leamington/ Kenilworth though!.
Amazing experience, it was my first time at Hot yoga and I was feeling a little nervous about joining the class as didn’t want to feel like I was a newbie. Hannah made me feel very welcome and at ease and I thoroughly enjoyed the class..
LOVE this yoga. Funky, super clean space and Siobhan is great.
