I recently attended two sessions at Yogahaven in Solihull whilst visiting there. I wasn't sure any other Yogahaven studio would live up to the one I'm lucky enough to go to in Hove but credit to the Solihull team! They have a wonderful studio, beautiful facilities and excellent teachers (well, I can certainly vouch for Sophia Pang who led both classes I went to!) as well as a bunch of incredibly friendly students. A wonderful yoga space. Highly recommend!

I tried hot yoga at yogahaven in Solihul for the 1st time 13.06.2016, it was pretty much my 1st public outing in yoga as well. I really enjoyed it! There's a great introductory offer at the moment so you can have a few sessions, unlimited for 20 days for a one off payment! Website is great, breakdown of each of the classes which can be booked on line (works well on phone as well) and lots of extras with workshops and retreats available. There are showering and changing facilities on site, no lockers but you won't need them any valuables can be put in pigeon box in the studio while you're doing a class and it's just the class and staff on site and the door is kept locked while classes are running so everything else can be left out in changing rooms. You wont need much just your normal lightweight workout clobbers and a couple of towels (there are mats and blocks to borrow if you don't have your own) and a big bottle of water,. I really would recommend paying them a visit as you are absorbed unlike a gym environment where there's always crashing weights, chatting, music etc in the background, the studio is very warm and smells divine... there's no talking and best of all it is really relaxed atmosphere, lovely people and completely unpretentious, we were all having a wobble and you work to what you can do, even if that's just lying down in the detoxifying heat to accustom yourself to the environment/meditate... by the end of the class I felt completely refreshed from the stresses of the day.

I love this yoga studio in Solihull, very expereinced and down to earth teachers. The hot yoga classes are easy to follow and there is a range of other yoga classes too. Great facilities with nice showers and large changing rooms. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. They offer a cheap introductory yoga class pass, allowing you to try the different teachers and yoga classes. An all round good experience!

If you want to balance your yin and yang, be guided by Zak, Lisa and the rest of the gang. The hot yoga is fantastic working through asanas and breathing and delivered to promote both physical and mental well being. The atmosphere is so friendly when you walk through the door and every week I cannot wait to get my mat on the floor! Emma T

Went to visit some friends in Brum over the weekend. They said that we should really do something healthy for a change. So we went to YogaHaven. Although I go to yoga classes in my home city, I've never been to a 'hot yoga' class. It was a totally different and enjoyable experience. Came out feeling great. The staff there were very friendly, especially Lisa and Zak (very down to Earth). I saw that even for novices to yoga, let alone to hot yoga, they were welcoming, attentive and encouraging. I would certainly recommend to all my friends to try YogaHaven in Solihull..
