I recently popped in to buy my first pair of timberlands. I was assisted by Kyle who was absolutely lovely. He was really attentive and helped me to pick a style that suited me. He offered some great advice and tips too. Thanks so much :!!
I was served by a lovely colleague called Kyle. I have very little timberland knowledge, Kyle turned that around and spent a lot of time with me. Recommended sizes, looks the works. Well done Kyle. Coming from a store manager for another retailer, In terms of customer service, that’s what good looks like.
I visited Timberland at the Trafford Centre on Fri 03.02.23. I was greeted and assisted by Kyle when I entered the shop. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable about the products and a positive personality. In addition to new boots which I bought, I also needed a new rain jacket which Kyle was again very helpful with ideas, sizing and suggestions. Also served with a smile - excellent customer service!!
Excellent service. When entering the store for the first time: the staff member called Kyla was so helpful and made sure that whatever I needed he was always there to help.
Kyle was a great help, happy to answer all questions I had about different shoes, brought out lots of different sizes to find the right fit and taught me about the best ways to care for the boots. Great service!
I've been here a few times and a staff member has been very courteous, helpful and polite: Kyle. He stood out from his colleagues. Thank you if only they were all like that!
