I have had several pairs of shoes from Jake in Manchester over the last few years. Customer service is always outstanding. I recently had a problem with a pair of boots I had bought earlier in the year. No problem.. I had proof of purchase and they exchanged the faulty boots without issue. Thank you again for great customer service. I could buy my favourite shoes/boots nearer to home now but Jake are just so lovely and deserve the loyalty.
