I used to shop a lot here a lot untill i bought a faulty tracksuit and the extremely rude manager natalia refused to exchange it even though the ones on the shop floor were damaged in the same place they refused to accept responsibility , i took it threw the complaints procedure and was totaly fobbed off, they did an investigation and said they was not willing to exchange as it isnt a manufactures fault even though i quite clearly told them it was a packaging issue , disgusting attitude and appaling treatment to a customer, iWill never shop there again and think im being generous giving thenm 1 star as they dont deserve any, not even worn this and like i say at least 2 on shop floor had same flaws (faults) , the managers response was that i could of done it to the tracksuits on the shop floor , if shewas a manager in my shop she would be outa work

They have the best personal care... as long as you spend huge amounts of money, if you don't they don't care about you. I applied for a sales assistant position weeks ago, I passed the first step (online) and I received a call, they call me for a group interview where I spent almost 2 hours of my time and I passed that interview as well, after that, they call me for a final interview and I spent 30 minutes with Waqas, one of the managers. He told me that I would be able to know if i get the job on next Monday (it was Saturday, February 24th). I didn't receive a call on Monday so I went back to the store just to get some info, one of the managers told me that Waqas was busy and he was going to call me in 10 minutes.. How I expected Waqas didn't call me. I decided to wait another week and I called back on next Sunday, on this time someone (some supervisor, again) told me that she hadn't info so I could call back on next Monday and that's what I did, but Waqas was so busy again and I just got to talk to someone else, this person told me that if Waqas didn't call me I didn't get the job. I am not complaining cause I didn't get that job (I knew it when nobody called me on Monday), I just want to show how Foot Locker treat people. I have invested 4 hours of my time and I didn't even get a call saying that I am not successful.. I have to understand that they are always so busy because of course their time is so important but they don't value that I have invested 4 hours of my time and they don't even give me a call saying "thanks". This have been one of my worst experience looking for a job ever and I won't go another Foot Locker store again.

It's great if you're a fan of Air Jordans and Nike Air Max the staff are ok and friendly but you do get one or two who thinks they are a cut above but apart from that it's a good place to shop it gets very busy at weekends especially when new trainers are released.
