Good vibes as with most Size? stores. Welcoming staff, ended up picking up some 1906r New Balance’s. Had a good selection of clothes also, not the biggest size I’ve been in but also not the smallest.
I left my wallet in the shop and the clerk gathered it up for me and when I went in the next day I asked and it was very kindly returned to me, which really helped a lot!

Went here to browse the clothes, turns out they have an excellent student discount system, making their range more affordable than many other shops. They have a good selection of clothes, and my cashier George was helpful and good for a chat. Would return again.
Always liked this shop one of the best in Manchester
Horrible customer service I am appalled and shocked! I tried to return my faulty shoes the first time and the cashier stood there sniffing my shoes and accusing me of washing them and calling me a liar to my face I felt humiliated and bullied by a grown man, speaking aggressive to me. I’m scared to go back into that store now as a women I shouldn’t be spoke to like this
It's a lot better than the Adidas store just facing...loads of different Adidas trainers..ordered on line when I got home should of just bought while there shop was packed ,nobody was in the Adidas shop...just shows you ..definitely buy from size no problem. Love this shop 3 times this week now

Love the opportunity to get trainers you'd have to trawl the internet to find on the high street. Love this shop!
I wish I could give it no stars. Size used to be a good business. It had quality stock, good service and focussed on good customer experience. That’s absolutely not the case these days. Everything is set up to frustrate the customer, and effectively abuse their trust. Take gift vouchers for example. These cannot be used online, only in store. Who does this in 2021? Size ensures it delivers on convenience by rarely stocking the items you want in store, so you therefore travel to the physical location to order the items you want on a kiosk in store. But that’s not all. You’re not actually guaranteed to get those items. No, you’ve only merely bought the chance to do so, as the warehouse will mess up the order a d it will go missing in the system. You’ll then probably get advised that you can buy the item again on your card, and get the money refunded to you a lie, but get this - if you paid by voucher, they can’t do this. The above scenario took over 3 months of chasing to resolve. They are now messing up the last order I’ll ever be placing with them. Stephen King is currently trying to buy the rights to this experience from me for his next novel.
