Stay away from this store! Ask me why? Is this a respectable and decent company? Perhaps, but not in Manchester Arndale Centre. At first, everything will be fine and beautiful, but it's all over as soon as your money will fall into the hands of the merchants. From this point, the client turns into an enemy for the shop staff. Any attempt to refund your money back, even a few minutes after purchase, will encounter strong resistance from store employees. Be prepared that the seller may begin to swear and shout at you. If the behaviour of the seller (Aisha) does not shock you and you will still insist on the return of the goods from the back door will be little boss-Lee. Not Bruce Lee but still little boss in his store. Having been refused to return a defective product you may want to call to the company customer service? Wrong! Did you watch the movie “The Godfather”? In this company everything is much more serious-the company personnel stand for one after other to the death.
