Dealt with a female member of staff a little while ago .. really unhelpful... a bit confrontational when I spoke to the seller directly... in the end just gave them a miss.

Complete and utter waste of time. Never answer their phone. They just don't get it. If you don't answer the phone, you will not be able to book viewings with potential buyers for your prioperties. Call ends up at 'Reception' who keep telling you that the Oadby office is busy.

James Homer and the team were fantastic and very helpful throughout. Always kept me informed! Would definately recommend Knightsbridge Oadby!
