I’ve been with ADT for 20 years across both my businesses and home but got completely dissatisfied by their poor customer service and cheap faulty equipment which went off so often we stopped setting it. I moved to Knight Protection last month and wish I had found them ten years ago! The instillation team are incredible and the equipment is so superior to anything I’ve previously had. I also opted for cameras with the alarm and the system work seamlessly! Very impressed and more importantly, me and my family feel far more protected! If you are looking for a security system don’t try and cut corners, get these guys in!!
One my best security company I worked for very nice staff
The company has great credentials but I recently applied to a trainee position available, was told in the initial phone call that it went well and they would inform me of the result, received a one line email that I was “too far from the role” despite the fact I drive and was only 20 minutes from where the role advertised, ignored my follow up email to advise of this, poor recruitment service I would respect an email telling me the real reason why I wasn’t selected. 2 stars because I think the company is good but this instance was poor.
