Very inconsistent. Post Office always opens and closes at random and not at the times on the door. It's pot luck whether it's open or not. I'm not sure why the Post Office is closed when the shop is still open.

Bus fare £8 and 2 hours of my life to post important legal documents to find the store closed with all systems down. I could cry! The male manager seemed to take great delight in telling me and elderly customers the news. It's a very badly managed branch and looks like it's closing down.

Fantastic. It was seemingly the only Post Office open in Bracknell on Saturday, 23rd May. In fact, the Post Office at Martins is open the same time at the store, so you shouldn't have any trouble no matter what time you go!
This is by far the best post office in Bracknell, believe me I know, I’ve tried them all. I have 3 other post offices nearer to my home, but use the Crown Wood one every time. The service is quick and friendly. The people at the desk prioritise the customer rather than chatting to colleagues !! I have tried going back to my local post offices, but come back to Crown Wood every time. Thanks for a great service.
Constantly closed at random times Tried to send packages 5 times so far and each time it was impossible due to different reasons.
Ok, when it is open. But randomly closes for no reason, despite the sign on the door annoyingly proclaiming"If the shop is open, the post office is open"
Best post office in Bracknell definitely. So friendly, helpful and quick. My closest is technically the harmans water one but customer service there is not great at all.
