Dan Fullbrook is a name to beware of. They sent me a letter "If you need help with over 55 supported living contact us and we will be happy to assist you." Last time I tried this had to break off with Dan Fullbrook since. I would still be in band C with no chance of anything. So hard with this lot to get a really good trusted adviser since the council pay peanuts so we get monkeys.

My experience of staff in both Council Tax and Planning has been extremely positive. Helpful people who want to make things work!

Waited 10 minutes on hold to get through to the Council Tax Dept. When they actually answered they just said 'Can I help'...no good morning or sorry for the delay. Very dry customer services with zero soft skills. I guess it is just the age we live in today.

Expensive council tax and all you get is letters asking you to do this or that or you will pay a fine. Way to be engaging...

I have just returned with my puppy, from meeting the Dog Wardens, Lynn and Jazz. What a brilliant experience this was! They micro chipped my puppy FREE! - then gave me some great advice of puppy training, and also showed me how do put this into practise with my own puppy. They were incredibly kind, informative, professional, and also fun! They also made sure I had enough 'doggie bags' to take on walks with me to keep this wonderful countryside of ours clean. What a BRILLIANT service HDC offer - thank you so very much.
