We had an appointment for 9 o'clock, to correct Birth certificate £90! . Only two ladies in the office, chatting with eachother, without noticing us, when we enter and say our hello's, no answer back! How rude! Very bad customer service. Staff should be trained, how to properly treat people. What a shame.
Seen on time to register birth. Door stays open during the appointment so everyone waiting outside can listen in- not good.
Very nice staff. Quick and timely in the keeping the appointment.
