My husband and I will be soon moving into our new house... And we are so excited! We want to say a big Thank You to Mary and her team. They were always very helpful, kind and willing to assist us at any time. With our bumpy experience with lots of estate agents, I can say McAuley Miller were the easiest to deal with and by far, the best. We are extremely happy with their service and 100% recommend them. 'I have rented out the cottage near my home for 25 years and recently asked McAuley Miller to act as letting agent. Their efficient and discreet service was the best I have experienced. Mig, Andrea and Charlotte were unfailingly patient and attentive. As I was very aware of having the right tenants near to my house there was lots of screening to be done. Now I am very happy with the result, and continue to have the cottage managed by McAuley Miller as their costs are very reasonable and service superb. We first contacted McAuley Miller as estate agents to sell our property in Southborough. Their attention was prompt and honest. In a falling market, the property proved difficult to sell without sacrificing its value, so we decided to renovate it for rental. This change of mind was happily accepted and a great deal of very valuable advice given about what changes and improvements to make on the property. These we implemented and the property went onto the rental market with McAuley Miller. We opted to have it fully managed by them as we are newcomers to renting property. In the year that has since passed we have been treated with warmth, have received excellent advice and support and been given a truly personal service. As issues have arisen at the property we have been contacted promptly. Where necessary, with our consent, the agents have put in their own workmen to effect repairs, thus speeding up the process. Financial information has been correctly and regularly supplied and all our questions have been answered. We look forward to continuing our link with McAuley Miller into the future. I would whole-heartedly recommend their services to anyone thinking of renting out a property. Roger L
