Great pub, perfect place to stop in for lunch or a drink after a cycle. We've been going there for years and always stop by when we cycle from Canterbury. We've never been dissapointed. The food tastes great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

What an amazing place!! Lovely relaxed vibe, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a good meal. The food itself was nothing short of fantastic. Presentation was great, and the taste and combinations of food were excellent! Staff were friendly and very inviting and always happy to go over anything on the menu you might be unsure of. The menu itself doesn't have much variety but for me that's good as they've clearly mastered each dish to perfection and it's clearly cooked with passion. Credit to the staff and chefs here. Drink wise there're plenty of options behind the bar from hard liquor, local ales and your usual larger selection. Highly recommend picking up some of there chutney on the way out, it's superb. Parking can be a little difficult out the front during the weekday evenings so allow plenty of time for any reservations you may have. We'll continue to return so long as the standards remain high!

I went to Wye with 2 others, and we decided to have a quick bite to eat at midday in The Kings Head, basically a sandwich and a cup of coffee because we have our main meal in the evening. It looked a bit pricey, but as a treat... two of us went for the club sandwich, and one for the halloumi. As soon as I saw the club sandwich, based on size alone it was obviously going to be value for money; it was a complete meal between three large slices of bread. It was the most delicious sandwich I have ever eaten in my entire life, and I'm 65 this year. The person who had the halloumi was similarly impressed, announcing that the chips in particular were absolutely gorgeous and offering the other two of us a taste. Gorgeous? They were so good that I wished I had room left in my stomach so that I could order a plateful. Next time I am in Wye I will definitely go there again, but with food that good it will be a struggle to decide just what to choose.

Shared what should have been a romantic Valentines with my Fiancé. Sat to eat my meal, only to have a Dog putting it's front paws on my lap. No apology offered. I don't own a dog, I don't want a dog. Not impressed that dogs can sit with diners. Unhealthy. I have owned dogs, and have had better control of them. I don't dislike them. Just keep them out of food areas...

Have visited a couple of times recently. Breakfast is good, nice fresh food. Had the honey mustard chipolatas which are sooooooooooo moorish. Also had the club sandwich which was plentiful and tasty. My son had the burger and said it was very nice, the hand cut chips looked awesome.
