Not great. Took just over an hour. Was told this after I placed the order (online), but not overly fussed about this. Poppadoms missing.... Phoned up, took my details then ended the call with, 'bye...and, oh, they'll be with you soon'. NO apologies, really sounded like I was putting him out. Turned up 25min later. Delivery drive didn't even look at me, let alone give any sort of apology. I said thanks but felt a bit stupid in doing so as he just scurred off back to his car. Other than that, the food was ok, rice was stone cold. Nan was just about cold. Curry was warm. All in all, we won't be using them again. They need to learn a thing or 2 about customer service I think. On the flip side, we have eaten in the restaurant a few times before and its been perfect. Unfortunately we've been put off completely by the sarcastic, unapologetic guy on the phone, and the rude delivery driver.

Always a good meal. I use them regularly for takeaways too. Never had a problem in or out. Takeaway delivery fee is a bit OTT though. Many others in Ashford are free, they charge £3

Food was ok, and the waiter that served us was very attentive. Only real niggle is that the establishment is a bit on the small side, so it can feel like the other customers are looming over you, akin to a railway carriage. So I can't see how they can justify their charges. On occasion noticed the manager/head waiter was speaking down to staff, not what I want to see as a paying customer.

Really great food, made on time for collection. Eat in is great too and the service is great. What was not so good, was how uncomfortable I felt at the way the owner was speaking to his staff. I'm not a fan of the "Gordon Ramsay" rudeness.
