Khushi Nepalese

What an absolute gem. So glad I was recommended to try this restaurant. From start to finish everything was amazing. The food was delicious, portion sizes were more than enough. A great birthday had by my dad. Thank you for having us and we will see you again very soon.

06/10/22 Drayton green order Ordered a delivery directly from their website. After an hour I called them and they said that there was traffic. My house is 5-10 minute drive from the restaurant with multiple back road routes that could easily avoid traffic. I said "my food won't be cold with it" ...."no of course not". Food turned up completely cold. Terrible service and I imagine they must have been lying about something. I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for more than a decade, but in recent times their service feels like they don't care as much as they used to. Will be looking for my new favourite curry restaurant now

A lovely replacement for our old 'go to' Ealing Nepalese restaurant which was Lentils that unfortunately recently closed. The staff at Nepal were happy and helpful and you could tell the food was freshly prepared. Although it was our first visit they were only too happy to make a couple of 'off menu' dishes which we requested. We will definitely be returning and I am pretty sure this will be our new go-to Nepalese restaurant.

Absolutely poor customer service!!! Waited 2 hours for our food to arrive, following calls back and forth and at one point being told after an hour or so that the driver left “7 mins ago” so our food shouldn’t be long. We waited a very unreasonable time. We were told there was issues and our food might take up to 40 mins to arrive! However 120 mins is just not good enough!!! The food as usual was fine, we are regulars and look forward to eating from here. Tonight’s experience reflects poorly on what is normally a positive experience. The fact that we haven’t even had any gesture from Nepal in recognition of their poor service tonight is in my opinion demonstrative of how much we are valued as customers!

Been there a few times with my wife. Very good service and friendly staff. Food is fresh and tasty We usually get the lamb curry and rice. The grill dishes are very good too. They are a 2 minute walk from Boston Manor station. Prices are reasonable and the menu has good vegetarian option as well.

I Ordered mushroom rice and lamb Jalfrezi, onion bhaji and samosas tasted really good it was the only thing I had to eat yesterday at 4 o’clock in the morning I started Vomiting and diarrhoea. I now can not hold done a glass of water, I have food poisoning, I will never eat at your restaurant again I will also be reporting you to Hounslow council, it’s lucky I’m not a fragile person as you could have killed somebody. Not impressed to be fair if I could have given 0 stars I would.

A real gem - attentive staff and delicious food. Very elegant place. Definitely worth a visit! And back in 2020 - still a HELL of a nice place. Great staff and excellent food. Total delight! AND - took my mum here for her birthday this year 2022. Great service and food as always AND they brought her a cake. She said she was embarrassed - but ate the lot! 2023 - and a lovely Sunday treat!

Very nice food and very busy for a Wednesday. The price is good the food is great. Staff very friendly Food came out in good timing. Same owner as the one that use to work in Ealing and Northfields. Great work
