Had the most wonderful experience here the food was AMAZING and the service was incredible. Amber was very warm and welcoming, asked about allergies, checked on us for anything else we may need a few times and our water was constantly getting refilled without reminders. This was the best brunch I’ve had in the longest time, cannot thank the team enough!
Unfortunately had an awful experience this morning. Ordered the ‘home made’ granola, which was extremely burnt and bitter tasting. After informing a staff member they replied saying they don’t make it in house despite it being called house-made granola on the menu and therefore the whole batch is the same. The staff member did not offer to change it for something else or try and resolve the issue, even after seeing it was inedible. Will definitely not be returning.
The starters were delicious. The schnitzel is a whopping £21 for just the chicken and a side helping of salad. They should come with a proper side - which even when I got the tarragon new potatoes they were unsalted and bland. There needs to be more of a vinegary slaw or sauerkraut to cut through the greasiness inherent in a schnitzel - the lemon wedge isn't enough unfortunately. Served with a few hand cut chips and a good sauce and this would be killer.
Very disappointing! The service and food was very poor. We had booked Sunday lunch and they sold out Sunday lunch at 2pm. The restaurant never informed us or asked to reserve the lunches when we were a large group of 5 and family visiting from abroad. The manager was not sympathetic and rude. His attitude and demeanour persuaded me not to eat there again. I also found the music to be very loud especially when the waiter couldn’t hear our order. There were flies around the table constantly. The chicken I ordered was very bland in taste and the gravy very oily. Better options in Chiswick for lunch!
Visited with family for a birthday celebration, first the service was really good and accommodating. We had a 4 month old and they gave us a quieter location so we can leave the pram and also be away from everything. Food wise it was very average for the price, the shrimp burger was nice and fries were good. Croqottues i was not a fan and Calarami I've had better. Overall I think the Brunch Menu would have been better and that's what I would probably go for, but service and decor was nice. Parking: Parking in front with Ringo app, usually okay but can be busy. However if you go behind there is free parking after 5:30 and free on Sundays l
The staff, the food, the music on some night, the service, cocktails! The staff are exceptional!!! Will be my regular place for Prosecco!!!Food: 5/5
A wonderful evening with friends. The food and drinks were superb. We also had excellent service to match. Thoroughly enjoyed and I will definitely be returning.Food: 5/5
We had a great meal here last night, Marine and her team were all amazing, attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty, I can recommend the prawns and steak. Plenty to choose from drink wise too and 2 cocktails for £15. Happy days Food: 5/5
No 197 Chiswick Fire Station has a really nice and comfortable vibe. The atmosphere feels very relaxed and the decorations are very nice. The lunch and brunch menu is really extensive with lots and lots of options available. The mussels were tasty and a great portion to share. The half chicken comes with a side and was really big and tasted decent. We also enjoyed the salad and the large chicken pie. The ice coffee was also refreshing along with the bottled “fresh” juice. Also definitely worth trying the sweet options. The staff were really lovely but felt a little understaffed.
Lovely spot to go with friends or as a family, only issue I have is with their English Breakfast. Why are there no hash-browns or baked beans?!? Stole a bit of my wife’s fritters to make up the loss.Food: 3/5
