God awful. Terrible atmosphere and rude staff if at all there - as no one behind bar through our stay. Richard and Maisie were particularly hostile and unfriendly. I’ve been gambling for 30 years. I think I’d know if I was addicted richard.
The worst door staff!! Some guy Afrim is there apparently who’s working here for last 1 year and I have never seen him before! Just because of him I’m giving this casino 1 star because I can’t give a 0. Before this guy I had the best experience.

One of the best casinos we have been to its only a small casino but the staff were lovely and they even had a singer who was great and the food was fantastic too..
I took my partner there for her birthday, the management & staff, treated us like royalty. Everyone , from the manager down to door staff treated us with, the utmost respect, and we was given the best treatment ever. My partner was in complete awe, and it made her birthday extra special. I recommend the restaurant, as the food was excellent, the service second to none & the ambience & decor just added to an already brilliant night.
Love this place. It really feels like home. You are dealing with 5* on this one so please dress accordingly and be pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this beautiful club. I have history with this place and Ali the bar tender has always ALWAYS taken good care of me. Please tip as much as you can, it's not all about winning, it's about having a goot time... and if you are really into your history, this is 1 Baker Street, some special people have graced this floor, and if you decide to visit, you could be one too. Be lucky always, but more importantly be easy to love just like this place is. Oh and 1 more thing watch out for the buses... what used to be a 1 way street from the station now runs both ways!
In love with this place. members only but can easily get one if you have your passport with you. Food is not to be missed. Dover Sole is to die for. But in the end, the house always win :-"
Great place. Go there all the time. My wife loves the place too. No riff raff like you get in some casinos. Take my friends there aswell. The food is amazing. The Italian waiters are always great and very welcoming.
Great food, good service. All the staff were helpfully and friendly. Can't comment on the gaming tables as I never played them. They seemed popular though.
