Standard KFC, food is always good, hot wings always tasty, just a shame they're still having supply issues and so many items are still off the menu. I am happy you can get a hot wings meal now though!

Went for a double down burger yesterday with my partner. Upon ordering they said they didn't have a specific product ( not entirely specifying what the product was, I mean it's 2 fillets some cheese and BBQ sauce, bacon too if your daring) so we had to order something else which had all of the making of a double down. Plus a bun. We are still confused what this missing product was?!?!

Poor service, given them a few chances here, some staff are extremely abrupt and rude. I repeated my order to the lady on the drive-thru 3 times and it was still packed wrong. When I asked if it could be changed. The following was shouted at me “I’m on a time yano!”. Gave the food back, asked for a refund. Customer is never right here - even when they are. Very poor service from KFC!

My recent visit left me disappointed with the supply chain and KFC, after several weeks of publicity of running out of chicken, nothing has improved. KFC stuck a notice on the door of all the items they were out of stock. COME ON GUYS, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!
