1 star is an over statement to be quite honest. The order came out incorrect and that poorly packaged it was near enough inedible. The staff were incompetent and insolent and seemingly unable to follow a simple food order on a screen.nnThe standard of staff at this store is abhorrent. Absolutely no personal hygiene, dirty smelly I'll fitting uniform and personal appearance. Staff were rude and unfriendly and need to reconsider a job that isn't as public facing as their current position.nnA serious overhaul, restructuring and recruitment drive is required at this establishment. Totally unacceptable.
Food is fine when the order is right and they actually have it in. Ask for boneless and get drums and wings thrown in, and they often forget to put gravy in when you ask for it purposely as a side.nYou can get a medium sized van through comfortably but the drive-through is clearly not wide enough for some drivers looking at the walls and barriers, so if in doubt of your driving ability, then the carpark is huge. Please park there and save the repair costs.nThere needs to be slightly higher barriers on the dual carriage way side, so when HGVs go by, you can still hear and give your order.nDespite its flaws, I like it being local and practical.
First visit at this business. Very slippery floor everywhere, definitely not suitable for people with crutches… PLEASE don’t even try.nnFood was HOT! Service was quick, within 5 minutes. The cashier didn’t know the name of the Pepsi, and the food, called everything as a ‘thingy’.nnThe seating area is ICE COLD! No heating on…nnAs I can see the reviews all of them 1-2 stars. And they still operate?!nnJust by the Litherland Tesco. Drive through and eat in.
Wish I could do less than 1 star my dad went in to get 2 vegan burgers and in the drive through we asked if they had chilli cheese bites to which we were told yes when recieving my order I asked my dad to check because it looked like chicken he took them in to say we didn’t ask for chicken and they said we don’t do cheese bites then staff should be trained not to assume and say they have something they don’t also then one burger was fine the other was solid as a rock they tried saying this was fine and wouldn’t give a refund in the end made another burger which was fine showing that the hard one wasn’t how it should be when my dad asked to speak to a manager was told he could speak to security when all we wanted was refund or what we asked for WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!
Honestly I despair these days when I visit a KFC, if it's not the lack of receipt paper, it's the indifferent staff or the mediocre food. This place really just sums up everything wrong with the franchise's these days.nn- no hand wash dispensers on the wall but plugs still in the tiles where two previously existed.n- no toilet paper and no spare.n- the old favourite, no receipt roll in the self service machine.n- an indifferent manager who assured me they must have 'only just ran out of soap because it was lunch'.n- burger making it's best attempt to leave the bun through combination of terrible stacking, over saucing, and undercooking.nnI get most people working at these places are under 25 but the work ethic at this company is a shambles. What happened to being proud of where you worked? What happened to having some decent management in place to keep things on the right path?nnMcDonald's and KFC just aren't on the same planet when it comes to the customer experience. Fried chicken is apparently more popular than fish and chips these days. KFC get a grip.
