Great place for food eating in or taking out

Been waiting for our order for nearly two hours now, I rang the restaurant and he left me on the phone over 5 minuets while he went to sort my order. I'm still waiting for my food as I now can't I touch with the restaurant as they have the phone off the hook to my previous call. 1 star is being kind as these don't deserve any! The meal is already paid for day I can't cancel. Absolutely fuming, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
