Disgusting staff. A couple friends and I were celebrating our little reunion in a local pub and then decided to go for a meal in Netherton's fine McDonald's. We were slightly tipsy at this point and in all honesty we were enjoying our food rather loudly. But nothing that would bother other customers or would be inappropriate. Just a loud chat between da boiz spiced with a little laughter. 10 minutes passes by and then a manger tells us to finish our food outside in a very rude manner. I asked him why and he's reply was that they are closing. Which was fair enough it was getting to that time slowly but we still would have had time to finish our food so I proceeded to tell him that. Then he became even more rude, I got a little aggravated and so I have asked for his name to put a complaint in about this wonderful guy. His reply was "It doesn't matter what my name is, get out." Now I would understand this reply if we were rude or annoying but we are all well mannered and cultured university students. Studying various subjects such as law and policing. So it was shocking to find that rude people like him can work in McDonald's. The reason why I was mainly disappointed and upset about the experience is that the couple a few tables away were not told to leave. Another funny thing I found was that none of my friends were spoken to the way I was, maybe my brown skin has something to do with it. Who knows. But yeah, absolute scum, never going back there again. Enjoy

Good service and friendly staff in the restaurant... But the staff on the drive through hardly knew any thing. It felt like she was working as a proxy for someone else or just can't be bothered to answer. Specially when we asked.. Do you know if there are options to choose the kids meat toy? She replied I don't know.
