Beefeater opened their doors back in 1974, and were driven by a passion for glorious steak. Mouth-watering cuts at mouth-watering prices was their motto. Reassuringly nothing's changed, these things still drive them today and they always will.

Never do reviews, we know what we like, like what we know. After tonight I had to tho. We live local and have been going here 4 or 5 times a month for many many years, and loved the place and bar food....... until tonight ! exceptionally busy at 5.50 pm which is ok, no tables which is fair enough, but bluntly told by a barman that they would not open the overflow rooms - with no explanation whatsoever. Not enough bar staff, and someone tried to steal our drinks on the bar. What's going on ? Whats changed ? NOT GOING BACK. Real shame.

Staff always happy and willing to go that extra step to make kids happy food is outstanding as it always is. Tables and toilets are clean and looked after can't wait to return again for another nice family meal

Was nice food but considering it was a Xmas meal you would think they had turkey! Also no crackers or anything festive on the table. Excellent service though from both front of house and table service

Fantastic service and food everything was presented beautifully and the taste was out of this world my only issue was the price can only do it if you can afford it but good for a treat once in a blue moon
