Mark was lovely and helped us out a few times during our visit. Other staff members behind the counter were stood right next to us and never acknowledged us, when we were clearly there to ask for something about our order, but Mark did, so that was appreciated. 2 piece chicken were greasy and soggy but popcorn chicken and chips were nice. Forgot my drink but Mark rectified quickly. Nice changes to include food brought to table. Would come again.
I don’t know what this is supposed to be. Where’s the boxes gone? And why is there no pride in packaging the food? All cold too. Normally don’t really have many issues ordering from here besides occasionally some items missing or food being cold but this is disappointing. Food quality is normally very good. Not this time hence the 1 star
Food was cold. Asked for a chicken drumstick and got other. Server did seem to know offers. I wanted to scam QR code but server forgot. I drove off and returned to ask if it could be changed due to being cold and wrong. I got replacement thrown at me. Took it home and gave it to the dog.
nnI had an amazing experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted even better than expected . The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the service was impressively fast.nnBut what truly made the difference was Mark . He was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. His welcoming attitude and genuine care made me feel valued as a customer. Mark is a true example of excellent customer service .nnThank you KFC, and a special thanks to Mark for making my visit outstanding!
Mark was very kind, friendly and very efficient. He made sure everyone had what they wanted and got anything anyone needed very promptly. He was very efficient cleaning tables and making sure everything looked good. Tables were very clean also.
