Nice food, but there was only one staff member assembling the orders, so though she was working hard, it took quite a long time to get our food. I don't know why KFC doesn't get the people taking the money and orders to also compile the food tray like they do in McDs. Just one person assembling food orders is definitely not enough. It's a time waster for customers and a put-off for a "fast food" restaurant.

Food hit and miss. Most of the time it's great but I've had the odd chicken piece what has been inedible. Friendly staff and quick service.

Visited and sat in. VERY slow service this evening. Massive queue on drive-through and a queue near enough out of the door. The issue seemed to be with boxing up the orders. The lone girl who was doing the boxing had a bit of a breakdown, through a bag of chips and stomped round the back declaring she's had enough! Felt sorry for her as she was clearly struggling with the pressure. I didn't see anyone taking control of the situation. Weak management.

great food for chicken lovers...but one downside is the cleanliness...tables and floors are not kept clean maybe they are short of staff all the time?
