Story

Spend time with us for great pub food in a place you'll love. We serve classic dishes with a modern twist - it's the perfect place to get together with familly and friends. The Morfa Rhuddlan has established itself as something of a local institution since opening in 2008. Our great location, close to attractions such as Dyserth Waterfalls, the Pavillion Theatre and Snowdonia Mountain Range, make us popular with tourists from the local holiday parks. And our friendly and experienced team, many of whom have been with us since we opened, make sure that everybody receives a personal welcome. Visited a few times on our stay. Went on the Friday night for a meal, had a very friendly greeting at the door... Was a shame that didn't continue, the waitress seemed to view us as an inconvenience and got grumpier & slower as the night went on. Seemed the bar and wait staff were more concerned with messing around and planning their respective nights out. I have no issues with people having fun at work, but from past experience if you have enough time to stand around and gossip, it either signals you have too many staff on or there are things you could be getting on with!

Went on two occasions for breakfast, is a standard breakfast buffet that you get when eating at a Premier Inn partner restaurant. The cooked breakfast was far better than many I have visited in the past, and the service was good

Absolutely the worst service. The guy taking our drink order forgot about us and never brought the drinks. Then this girl took over and made my starter a side dish and totally gave me the wrong order. Food was good but the service was not worth it for me to ever come back.

We had a great meal, the were 6 of us and they managed to bring it all out meals at the same time. Quick service and very polite and helpful server.

I like this restaurant and have eaten here plenty of times. The menu is typical of a chain eatery and has the usual choices. The only downside is the speed of the service but thankfully this is only when they are busy and I think it is to be expected when they have a full service on. I would recommend.

Had a wonderful time.
Steak and gamon were gorgeous and food didnt take too long.
Waitress (Martina) was lovely - she made everyone feel relaxed and was patient with me while ordering (im autistic)
Excited to come again! Thank you.
