I went today to purchase tickets for an upcoming trip. Trigg was the colleague on duty. He was extremely helpful. Lovely and polite. Was a joy to be served by someone who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable

I was travelling to Alderley Edge today for a funeral, but due to a police incident trains from Rhyl were cancelled.  I would like to thank the two gentlemen staff who were exceptionally helpful and patient with all the customer enquiries at Rhyl.  It was a very difficult time. I got a coach back to Llandudno Junction where it was a completely different story!!! No staff making themselves available to help .. and a very dirty station … unacceptable !!

Got on in flint and was only travelling one stop and got charged a whopping £18.80 for 2 singles when it said on there app it was only £6.20 each for a single which totals £12.40 I would like to know where they got this £18.80 total from conning ripping off bastards… and there supposed to be reliable and cheap half the time they are delayed and cancelled..

Frequent trains to Llandudno, Bangor, Holyhead, Chester and London. Although the station is quite dull, certain aspects bring it to life.nnStaff are onsite and helpful, toilets available and disabled access to the station is available.
