Very good customer service, however staff are not always present and queues can be quite time consuming so it is advised that you arrive 15 minutes early, especially during peak hours.

The staff are very polite and helpful. For those using 3rd party services to order you tickets then make sure you get the printed out at the station in case someone isn't available to let you through the gates with your mobile ticket

Friendly staff and helpful. However the station is very run down, needs painting. Im from Birmingham and our  stations  are modern  quite shocking compared to our stations. Haha 🙊

The station is alright but I wish the toilets would stay open until the station ticket barriers close, they are on the platform side anyway so no need to close them early. Also the frequency of trains needs increasing at tea times back towards Chester

Great place although you don't need to go here as there is no reason to ever leave Rhyl.

Used this station about 4 times now.  Nice old style, clean and tidy and very helpful staff.  

Well located for the town and lots of taxis available outside at reasonable prices. 

Can get quite busy in peak season.  Not too many facilities available at the station.
