Lovely hotel, very clean & comfortable & very friendly staff. Requested an extra hand towel as only 1 left in bathroom, it was delivered to our room by the time we came back from evening meal. Would absolutely stay here again.
Location is great, but the rooms are quite dated compared to other Premier Inns. The lighting was quite dim and there was only 1 plug next to the bed, with no USB charging available. Data service wasn't great in the area, and the free WiFi was also quite slow. Even the premium WiFi only got around 20Mbps. However, I would say that the hotel was alright for the price we paid around £52 per night for a twin room. I'd return there, but I would look at other options as well.
Nice clean hotel, hourly bus close by to Prestatyn and Rhyl. Large Aldi and Starbucks next door. Restaurant adjacent to hotel is not up to much, as is the breakfast it's not a cooked buffet, you have to tell the staff what you want and how many which is a bit awkward. All in all have stayed here before and would stay again.
I loved it here, the staff are very good especially Nia who made my stay extra good.nThe prices ranged from £65 to £85 per night and varied depending on the daynBook online for the best price.nThe rooms are clean and the cleaners are very pleasant and friendly .nTheir meals are served in the adjacent restaurant which are very reasonably priced and freshly cooked.
Front desk was efficient and friendly, plenty of tea bags readily available, right next to a table table for breakfast, an Aldi for traveling food, a KFC for quick food and a bus stop with a decent local bus link
