Whilst on holiday in The Lakes my Specialized LEVO developed a fault either with it's battery or charger. On calling the store to see if they could assist me in any way I spoke to Jess, who was more than happy to try and get my bike fixed, despite being very busy. I dropped my bike off and Jess soon got to work on diagnosing my bikes fault. It was the charger and luckily under warranty. She replaced the charger and made sure the rest of my bike was ok, including a battery report to put my mind at ease full report of work done for my records.This service was simply first class, professional and friendly. I would like to thank Jess again and Bike Treks for getting me back on the trails. I will now aim to use them for future servicing when in the area and would happily shop here when too.
The staff have clearly not been trained in customer service and were not helpful or polite. It was an unpleasant experience trying to give them money. There’s a reason to support local bike shops, but not if they can’t get the basics right.

Great friendly service from the young chap in the workshop on Thursday, the 4th of August 2022. Popped in as I had a problem with the derailer which he managed to fix in two minutes. Many thanks for a great experience and no charge
A very professional service, thorough and with attention to detail. When a customer listens to a bike mechanic and a bike mechanic listen to the customer there are positive outcomes. Would recommend this LBS without hesitation.
We visited Keswick Bikes whilst on holiday to get my wife and I's Specialized E Bikes serviced. The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair too. We had another minor problem with one of the bikes during the holiday so popped in again to see them and once again they were 100% helpful. We were very happy with the service received and when we finally do move to the area we will use Keswick Bikes as our regular bike maintenance service. We fully recommend this business. Excellent, five stars duly awarded, thank you.
Purchased a bike from the shop whilst on a holiday . They have some nice products and very nice staff. Seems a great shop and I will definitely be back.
Great little outfit - well maybe not so little. Excellent service, very obliging - I turned up to collect some handlebars I'd ordered, just as the shutters came down, they opened up again for me. Good people, good place, highly recommended.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff; they offer advice without it ever sounding like a sales pitch. Good selection of bikes, components and accessories. The workshop mechanics always do decent service and sort any mechanical issues with aplomb.
A friendly service from local experts, whether you're riding a mountain bike, road bike, or e-bike. I particularly love the way they look after my Dad when he pops in for advice and help with mechanicals. This isn't just a bike shop, it's a community service.
